On the afternoon of March 5th, the "online + offline" signing of major investment projects of Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park was held. The total investment of 15 signed projects reached 20.2 billion yuan. Han liming, the Nanjingmayor; Li Shigui, the member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, the Secretary of Jiangning District Party committee, and the Secretary of the Party Group of Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park Management Committee, Nanjing Vice Mayor Jiang Yuejian, Secretary General Weng Guojiu, Deputy Secretary General Bao Hongxin, and principal officials of relevant municipal departments attended the event.

Chairwoman Zhu Lingli of Zhongway was invited to attend the meeting and formally signed the contract for No.1 Zhongway Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park.

With economic globalization, the coordinated and integrated development of urban agglomeration and urban network will be the main theme and new path of the future development of the Nanjing metropolitan area. The eastern part is the hub area to promote the integration of Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Yangzhou and the gateway of Nanjing to the Yangtze River Delta. The eastern development strategy of Nanjing is prioritizing the construction of the Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park, making full use of the intensive science and education resources in the eastern region to create an innovation city, taking the cluster development as the guidance, and consolidating and enlarging the advantages of manufacturing industry to build an industrial city.

The online and offline signing went together. The contracted projects include headquarters enterprises, science and technology enterprises, and research and development institutions, with high technology content and large investment scale. Many projects are industry leaders.

Zhao Hongbin, the Director of the Management Committee of Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park, said that the signed projects had high technology content, large investment scale, and the cooperators are mostly the industry leaders. Five Star Headquarter Base, Kefu Times International Innovation Center,  No.1 Zhongway Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park and Qilin Yangtze River Delta Enterprise Headquarter Base will bring industrial clusters of 100 billion output value to the park. Four headquarter projects, including reconfigurable intelligent computing headquarters, low altitude radar detection system headquarters, smart health headquarters base and Jiangsu headquarters of Jingdong Qixian supermarket, will accelerate the formation of a distinctive core industry development peak in the park. A number of "Chinese Science epartment" projects, represented by the Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of microelectronics, Institute of software technology, Shanghai Pasteur Institute, etc., have a total investment of 4.8 billion RMB, which will accelerate the construction of science and technology innovation highland with global influence. In addition, Qilin Baolong Plaza, with a total investment of 2.5 billion RMB, will further improve the supporting quality of the park and create a new regional commercial landmark with complete categories, high-end image and business office integration.

At the meeting, Mayor Han Liming also expressed congratulations on the signing of contracts on behalf of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government. She said it was the time of Jingzhe (spring). All the guests gathered together to sign contracts for major projects, which fully reflected the connotation of acting in accordance with the situation. It was in line with the positive situation of continuous improvement of epidemic prevention and control, accelerated recovery of production and living order, trend of accelerating the construction of new infrastructure, and in line with the in-depth promotion of the construction of innovative famous cities with frequent achievements.

She pointed out that the Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park should persist to its development orientation, speed up the construction of the core area of the famous innovation city, the pilot area of comprehensive science center and the Zidong new area.  Besides, Qilin should gather various elements relying on the settled organizations and institutions, continuously aggregate scientific and technological resources, human resources and innovation resources, and truly become an innovation highland.  Qinlin should optimize the investment environment, implement the three No. 1 documents of the municipal Party committee, obey laws and keep honest, and make open, transparent and predictable policies, creating a good ecology for all participants.

As the eighth largest private industrial park operator in China and a representative private industrial park operator in Jiangsu Province, Zhongway signed the contract of No.1 Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, which was the group¡äs first combination project of light and heavy assets in Nanjing. It will continuously attract national and global outstanding enterprises to settle in, create a first-class industrial Park for Qilin development, introduce international first-class industrial resources, and further improve high quality industrial agglomeration and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, which would help the Qilin Science and Technology Innovation Park to become the highland of Nanjing city of innovation and the main area of comprehensive science center.
