In nearly 900 billion yuan annual output value of safety industry in China, Jiangsu accounts for more than 20%, becoming an important pole. For the safety industry, Jiangsu is strong in both "Plateau" and "Ppeak". It has become an industry consensus that China´s security industry takes Xuzhou as its standard and the National Security Valley as its example.

As China´s first and largest national safety industry demonstration park jointly built by ministries and provinces, Xuzhou National Security Science and Technology Industrial ParkZone is built by Xuzhou High-tech Zone and Zhongway Group in cooperation. With mine safety, fire safety, hazardous chemicals safety, public safety and home safety as the main development fields, Xuzhou National Security Science and Technology Industrial Parkit  has strong policy support, rich innovation platforms, sound industrial system and excellent business environment, and has become an important driving engine for economic restructuring and economic industrial transformation and upgrading in Xuzhou High-tech Zone.

The successful construction of the first phase of Xuzhou National Security Science and Technology Industrial Park, the full support of leaders at all levels in the national provinces and cities, and the understanding and help of nearly 400 enterprises settled in have also strengthened Zhongway Group´s belief in taking root in Xuzhou and building Xuzhou.

In the process of project construction, Overseas Development and Construction will organize excellent technical talents, mobilize advanced engineering equipment, formulate detailed construction plan; will put quality first, and ensure that the project is built into a high-quality project. At the same time, we will seize the golden period of project construction, promote the project speed with the highest efficiency, and make the project put into use as soon as possible.

The development of the Industrial Park is inseparable from the entry of enterprises and the strong support of entrepreneurs. Mr. Cui Qingyan, general manager of Xuzhou CRRC rail equipment Co. Ltd., said in his speech as an entrepreneur representative that Xuzhou CRRC rail equipment Co. Ltd. is committed to building Xuzhou rail transit equipment base of CRRC. After detailed investigation and analysis, CRRC Xuzhou finally chose the Park as the foothold of its enterprise development because it has very good business environment as a national security science and technology industry demonstration park. Xuzhou CRRC believes that with the support of the Management Committee of the high-tech District, the enterprise will certainly be able to become bigger, stronger and better. At the same time, Mr. Cui also expressed his approval and full of expectations for the operation and service concept of Zhongway Group, and said that distant relatives are not as good as near neighbors. In recent years, Xuzhou high tech Zone has actively built a carrier platform, planned and constructed a 15 square kilometer safety science and Technology Industrial Park, constantly improving the project carrying capacity and promoting the acceleration of safety industry cluster. In April 2017, the opening ceremony for the second phase of Zhongway Group Project was successfully held. By the end of 2020, the second phase of the Park, with a total investment of 650 million yuan and an area of 150 mu, will be completed. The standardized factory building with 20 buildings and a total construction area of 160,000 ©O was successfully delivered for use, providing a solid carrier for the development and growth of the safety industry. At present, 216 safety enterprises such as China Railway Equipment, Qingya Electronics and Honghu Unmanned Aerial Vehicle have been settled in the second phase of the Park. Today, the construction of Plot E, which covers an area of 103 mu and has a total planned area of 120,000 ©O, has been fully started, focusing on building a situational intelligent and innovative industrial complex. This project focuses on "new infrastructure" and vigorously develops new industrial projects such as industrial Internet, digital economy and Internet security, thus further expanding the development space for the upgrading of Park.

The foundation of the project is the beginning of win-win cooperation. The Administrative Committee should innovate the development concept, further improve the park planning and industrial development orientation, and establish and perfect a scientific and standardized operation mode. The construction party of the project should make every effort to speed up the progress of the project, start investment promotion at the same time of the project construction, and realize investment promotion while construction. When the construction is completed, the project will be put into production. All departments and units in the high-tech zone should go deep into the front line and continue to adhere to the service commitment of "responding to everything people want, being considerate and kind". At the same time, they should provide all-round services in terms of procedures, resource allocation and safeguard measures, and make every effort to create a business environment with high height, speed and temperature.
