Recently, Provincial Department of Science and Technology has published the approved list of provincial science and technology business incubators. 345 units in the whole province were approved, and Huaian National High-tech Zone Software Park was successfully approved. 

Standing at the new historical starting point, the incubators will also undergo a ¡°transformation¡± based on themselves. Incubators must transform to professionalization and give play to their advantages in the aspects such as public technology service and the upstream and downstream resources of industrial chain so that they can attract a large number of emerging industries and inject the source of fresh water for the development of provincial high-tech industries and strategic emerging industries. In future, the incubators shall be taken as the core to extend to the front and rear ends and form the collaborative development trend of mass innovation space, incubator, accelerator, industrial park and high-tech zone to deeply serve the regional industrial ecology. 

In the future, an incubator will be not only the ¡°gathering pool¡± of science and technology services but also a ¡°strong magnetic field¡± of regional innovation elements, and it will integrate the resources for the local industries, cultivate more local leading enterprises and promote the regional competitiveness.
